Tyre Flipping Race
Tuesday, December 16th, 2008We decided to have a tyre flipping contest a the conclusion to Saturdays Commando Fitness Camp
It was Adam vs me in a five tyre flip. The video reveals the winner.

Commando Fitness Camp
Sunday, December 14th, 2008Saturdays Commando Fitness Camp was awesome!
The session was a tough one but the guys & girls worked hard throughout despite the cold and the hail towards the end!
Talk about dedication, I’m proud of them all for coming down in all weathers to burn fat, get fit
